Our Glass Etching Sticker Rolls are specially engineered stencil films designed for use in a variety of glass surface decoration processes, including painting, sandblasting, acid etching, and chemical etching. HOW IT WORKS:
1) Depending on the type of activity to be done, like screening, painting, sand- blasting, acid etching or chemical etching, the type and thickness of film is selected.
2) For example for masking thin, for painting and acid work medium and for sand blasting thick films are used.
3) For manual designing the film is removed from release paper and applied neatly on the clean glass surface.
4) For manual designing the design is drawn using marker on the film and in case of plotter cutting pre-cut design from plotter machine is stuck on the glass.
5) Then after the artist peels off the cut parts from design where bare glass is exposed to the pain, acid, sandblasting activity. Such repetitive activity by the artists results in beautiful painted, frosted and etched design on the glass.

1) Regular Glass Etching Sticker Rolls are basically used for manual designing and cutting and used for a variety of applications like mirror backing, glass surface protection, glass back paint protection, design transferring from plotter Stickers, manual drawing and design cutting, glass spray painting, glass back painting, glass sand blasting, glass acid works, glass crystal works, glass chemical works. Different thickness are available for performing the various different activities. Being clear transparent, the cutting edges of design are barely visible, which requires expertise artist for faster designing works. This leads to the availability or usage of other coloured transparent sticker rolls. However the usage of glass etching sticker rolls is mostly dependent on the artist’s comfort or experience.
2) Plotter Glass Etching Sticker Rolls are basically used for CAD (Computer Aided Designing). The artist uses a plotter cutting machine for cutting the required design and the cut design is transferred on glass using transfer films. These Rolls are similar to Regular Transparent Fluorescent Green Glass Etching Sticker Rolls (except for release paper thickness of 140 GSM) and are also used for a variety of applications like mirror backing, glass surface protection, glass back paint protection, CAD drawing and design cutting, glass spray painting, glass back painting, glass sand blasting, glass acid works, glass crystal works, glass chemical works. Different thickness is available for performing the various different activities. Being Fluorescent Green in colour, it is useful to determine the cut edges. However the usage of glass etching sticker rolls is mostly dependent on the artist’s comfort or experience.

TIPS FOR USE:
1) As the material is PVC it is very sensitive to high temperatures, keep / store the rolls in cold, dry, shady and airy place.
2) Do not apply the stickers on wet glass. Clean the glass properly before applying the sticker film on it.
