USES AND APPLICATION:

1)     Used in tiles manufacturing industry wherein the traditional paper sheets used between tiles during packing or curing are easily damaged. Recycled, eco-friendly, embossed PP film lasts longer and offers better performance.

2)     The protective sheet acts as a protective layer between tiles, especially glossy or printed tiles.

3)     The eco-friendly sheets can handles automated stacking, vacuum lifters, and high-speed production lines without tearing.

HOW IT WORKS:

1)     The sheets are ready to use. Take out the individual eco-friendly protective embossed sheets from the package and place it on top of the tile and on top of it another tile followed by sheet again, to for a sandwiching structure. There by the ec-friendly embossed sheet providing firm gripping between tiles and protecting the tiles against self-surface rubbing scratches.
